Caffeine is an integral part of every break room and we at [Company] need it to reach our peak performance. While we appreciate that management purchases coffee beans and filters for us, the vast majority of the office needs milk and creamer to properly enjoy our coffee. Many staff members cannot drink black coffee or just coffee with sugar and no milk for a number of health reasons and it is our position that we should be provided with milk and creamer to cut the acidity of the management-provided coffee.

Having milk and creamer provided by [Company] for our coffee will greatly improve our workplace satisfaction and will lead to us being a more productive (and more alert!) team.

We are requesting that management:

Ask staff what their milk and creamer preferences are within the next week.
Purchase milk and creamer, including non-dairy alternatives, within a week after a decision is made and continue to regularly purchase as part of our office supply order.
Respond to this proposal by end of business Friday.
